Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed. To cancel, please contact us at info01@jayine.net with your order number as soon as possible. Once the order has entered processing (order verification, assembly, quality check, and packaging), cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returns & Refunds — General Policy We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info01@jayine.net with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will arrange a full or partial refund depending on the situation. Return shipping of the item is not required.

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds unless the item is confirmed defective.

EU & UK Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal Under EU and UK consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without penalty.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at info01@jayine.net within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and your intention to withdraw. We will confirm receipt of your request promptly.

How we process withdrawals: Given the cross-border nature of our shipments, we do not require the physical return of the item. Instead, we will issue a refund via PayPal within 14 days of approving your request.

Please note:

Refunds may be partially reduced if the product shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its features and sound quality (e.g., scratches, missing accessories, or damaged packaging).
We may request photos or videos evidence of the product's current condition before processing the refund.
Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account;Please provide your PayPal details when submitting your request.
Items purchased during promotional or sale events are eligible for withdrawal rights under law, but refund amounts will reflect any applicable deductions for diminished value.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed via PayPal within 14 days of approval. Please ensure you provide your PayPal account information when submitting a refund request.
