Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before shippment, provided the order has not yet been processed. To cancel, please contact us at info01@jayine.net with your order number as soon as possible. Once the order has entered processing (order verification, assembly, quality check, and packaging), cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returns & Refunds — General Policy We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info01@jayine.net with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will arrange a full or partial refund depending on the situation. Return shipping of the item is not required.

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds unless the item is confirmed defective.

EU & UK Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal Under EU and UK consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason, without penalty.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at info01@jayine.net within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and your intention to withdraw. We will confirm receipt of your request promptly.

If your order has not yet been shipped, EU and UK customers may also cancel their order at any time before fulfillment by contacting us at info01@jayine.net.

Please note:

Refunds may be partially reduced if the product shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its features and sound quality (e.g., scratches, missing accessories, or damaged packaging).
We may request photos or videos evidence of the product's current condition before processing the refund.
we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for your original purchase, within 14 days of approving your request. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Items purchased during promotional or sale events are eligible for withdrawal rights under law, but refund amounts will reflect any applicable deductions for diminished value.
