JAYINE is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before submitting your order. We accept full responsibility for issues caused by our own errors and will re-process the original order for you free of charge.

Delivery times vary by region. Estimated timeframes are as follows:

TRACKING STATUS SHOWS "NO INFORMATION"

Some carriers require 2–5 business days to update tracking information in their systems. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and the tracking number still shows no information, please contact us.

WILL ITEMS BE PACKED IN A SINGLE PACKAGE?

Due to logistical arrangements, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
